ESTABLISHING CARE
Your care is important, and I want you to feel comfortable throughout your visits. To make sure you receive the best treatment possible, I ask that all potential patients schedule a brief telephone consultation before initiating treatment. Assuming everything goes well, we will then schedule an Initial Evaluation visit, which is 75 minutes. After that, we will establish regular visits according to your needs.
FEES & INSURANCE
My practice is a fee-for-service based practice, and I am not contracted with any insurance companies or Medicare. Therefore, payment is due at the end of each session and can be submitted by cash, check, credit card, HSA, or Zelle. I can provide you an invoice (“Superbill”) for your visits detailing the necessary diagnostic and procedural (CPT) codes, should you chose to submit this to your insurance company for “Out of Network” reimbursements. You should be aware that submitting a mental health invoice for reimbursement carries some risk to confidentiality and privacy. Also, insurance companies do not reimburse all issues/conditions that are the focus of evaluation and treatment. Please verify the specifics of your coverage and benefits if you wish to get insurance reimbursement.
My current fees are:
- $495 for the initial 75-min evaluation,
- $395 for each follow-up 55-min psychotherapy with medication evaluation session, and
- $200 for each follow-up 25-min psychotherapy with medication evaluation session.
PERSONALIZED TREATMENT
By not contracting with insurance companies, I have clinical freedom to treat a wide range of complex psychiatric conditions using integrative techniques. As a patient, you will also benefit from not having third parties place restraints on the length of your visits or treatment.
