About the Doctor
I am a Board Certified in both Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. I completed my Psychiatry residency training at St. Vincent’s Hospital of New York Medical College in New York City, where I served as Chief Resident. Pursuing my interest in medical-legal issues, I completed the prestigious Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University Of Pennsylvania. I have worked in various settings throughout the East and West coasts including inpatient hospitals, forensic hospitals and prisons, methadone clinics, and psychiatric group practices. I am thrilled to have my own practice and to be in such an amazing area.
I have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of psychiatric conditions including: Major Depressive Disorders, the Bipolar Disorder spectrum, Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety), Postpartum Depression & Anxiety, Adult ADHD, Schizophrenia, and General Medical conditions with Psychiatric involvement.

I have published several articles in peer-reviewed journals in the areas of General and Forensic Psychiatry. I have lectured at numerous professional meetings in various settings.
